Are your ceramic products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic collections are designed for daily use and are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher. However, items with gold luster or specific delicate glazes should be hand-washed only. Please check the product description for specific care instructions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia. For international orders, delivery can take between 10-21 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
What is your policy on damaged or broken items?
While we take great care in packaging our ceramics, breakages can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our Robert Gordon collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We want you to love your home goods. If you change your mind, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our collections are designed in our Pakenham studio and feature hand-finished details. Because of the artisanal nature of our glazing and firing processes, slight variations in color and texture are to be expected, making each piece unique.
